| April 26th 2014 in Bratislava Workshop for dance teachers | Technique & Creativity One day workshop with Joan van der Mast – a Dutch teacher and choreographer, who uses Laban movement analysis as a clear framework for teaching form and quality of movement. How to teach young dancers and kids the technique of contemporary dance? The workshop is designed for dancers, teachers and especially for our graduates and participants of the accredited educational programme Creative dance for dance teachers. Thanks to the support of the European Grundtvig grant is tuition free. Workshop capacity is limited. July 14th – 18th 2014 in Bratislava 8th year of Summer Dance School Intensive five-day workshop lead by Rasmus Őlme – a prestigious Swedish teacher, choreographer of contemporary dance and former dancer of the world famous group Ultima Vez.
Meeting of European Laban Platform´s partners During April 24th – 28th. L.A.B. will host a meeting of partnership organizations from Netherlands and Poland, who participate on the project of European Laban Platform. This initiative facilitates mutual understanding and respect for shared values of cultural diversity and spreading Rudolf Laban´s heritage local communities across Europe. Its´ aim is to create open platform for exchange of experience and organizing educational seminars, conferences and dance theatre productions.
